Debbie believes sales representatives and those in customer-facing roles are an integral part of the sales process.  The skills and insight acquired in sales training are also essential for business professionals who are not in a traditional sales role but are responsible for acquiring new clients. After 20 plus years of providing sales training services to companies from a wide variety of industries, Debbie also realizes there is a need for a common skillset and a consistent sales process amongst sales representatives and customer-facing team members.
